Job Description
- Follow instructions and guidelines from the IT department head to ensure IT devices and software are installed properly and issues are escalated accordingly.
 - Assist in supervising the IT team to provide IT support work to the whole school system and IT devices and equipment.
 - Assist with tasks as assigned by the manager in collaboration with other departments to assess IT needs and provide IT technical support for projects.
 - Coordinate the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
 - Perform first-level Installation, support, and upgrade computer components and software and other related IT device maintenance.
 - Assist in installing and configuring hardware on Cisco switch, WiFi, add user to the domain and Active Directory, server appliances, PBX, IP phone, and printer server.
 - First-level troubleshooting and setting up network infrastructure in LAN and WAN.
 - Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, and assessing the impact of issues.
 - Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection and failover procedures.
 - Liaise with vendor service and providers for procurement and maintenance of IT resources.
 - Support IT functions for various school events and plans.
 - Responsible for the client maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network and their distribution and assisting with server checks.
 - Assist in controlling inventory update and movement.
 - Help desk support on Google Workspace and Google Apps such as Gmail, Meet, Classroom, and Drive.
 - Report to IT Manager.
 
Job Requirements
 - Bachelor in Information Technology/Computer Science, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required.
 - Ability to lead a team and ensure that the job is completed smoothly.
 - At least 3 to 4 years of network administration or system administration experience
 - System administration and IT certifications in Cisco, Microsoft, or other network-related fields are a plus.
 - Able to perform switch configuration, wifi adoption and LAN management.
 - Working basic knowledge of Active Directory, User policy and virtualization, VMWare, LAN/WAN networks
 - Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
 - Good in English communication, both speaking and writing
 - Be a team player and can-do attitude
 
Working Condition:
- Working hours: 7:30 am – 4:30pm (Mon-Fri), (Saturday half day)
 - Public Holiday (Fully follow to labor law)
 - 18 Annual Leaves, 30 Sick Leaves, Compassionate Leave, Marriage Leave
 - Insurance/ NSSF (Health & Accident)
