Guest Relation Officer - Japanese Speaking (Sokha Siem Reap) Contract Job

Job Description

• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional way
• Provide information about facilities, programs and other services
• Review arrival lists to welcome guests
• Attend to special guests’ inquiry and answer their inquiries
• Help prepare welcome folders with collateral (e.g. room service, menus, area descriptions)
• Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
• Address customer complaints and escalate to Superior when needed
• Record information in the logbook daily
• Ensure compliance with health and quality standards

Job Requirements

• Preferable experience from Hotel and Hospitality Industry
• Be able to speak Japanese (conversational is acceptable)
• Good at communication skills
• Demonstrate customer-oriented attitude
