Job Description

  • Directing and controlling the activities of the Front Office, Reservations, and Guest Activities
  • Adjustments to bills for inconvenience
  • Establishing and maintaining close working relationships with all departments of the hotel to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale and guest service
  • Problem solving with Customers
  • Providing on job training in hospitality to the staff
  • Daily report the income of hotel
  • Managing monthly roster, daily activities and record staff attendance
  • Working as multiple team
  • Providing good service and hospitality to the customers
  • Working closely with the Housekeeping Department to improve guest services and foster cross departmental communication
  • Billing the money from customers and controlling guests check in-out
  • Checking all kind of booking via online and bill.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Hotel and Tourism or related field
  • Must have experience in Front Office Supervision in Hotel
  • Have experience in staff management
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Able to use computer literacy (Ms. Words, Ms. Excel, Internet & E-mail)
  • Minimum 2 years experiences working on above field with the Hotel
  • Good in English both writing and speaking.
