Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist the Board of Management in preparing the business plan and processing operations
- Oversee field operations and provide necessary support and improvement actions .
- Regularly observe relevant external factors impacting business operations for necessary proactive response and practical strategy development.
- Ensure policies and SOP procedures are consistent and uniform across all departments.
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and SOP procedures to be more effective in daily operational work activities
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and service providing in each department
- Collaborate with the Administration Department, Production Department, Sale & Marketing Department, Finance Department, and Supply Chain Department in the development of operations, and delivery of contracts, building structure checking, rental payment, audit checking, inventory, assets, workers movement, stocks movement
- Managing day-to-day operational performance,
- Proactively manage all aspects of financial measurement, including budget and inventory control
- Plan and monitor the daily activity of each site to ensure smooth operation
- Acts as delegate of the executive, when requested, to manage the organization’s departments
- Direct and guide approved policies including admin, daily operational works, and any relevant internal works
- Ensure all PR raises are within the annual approved budget
- Ensure all assets and inventory inside each site warehouse are accurate and neatly organized and arrange
- Ensure whole production are clean, and organized at all times.
- Must be fast responsive to customer's enquiry, and request and listen to customer issues
- Monitor Staff Work Performance, Work Discipline, Work Attitude is aligned with company values
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within the deadline and effective work from all staff
- Follow up on Contract Renewal. Monitor customer Contract Expiry Date
- Work with all Maintenance Vendors to ensure all maintenance works are up to task
- Meeting with Prospect and updating Prospect requirements to the CEO
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for Management
- Interact with other departments in managing the entire operations and develop an inventory control management system
- Oversight the quality of plan and manage budget operation plans, prepare and supervise all financial documents
- Evaluate and prepare reports for authorization
- Supervise and coach down line operation and other direct subordinates and provide constructive feedback
- Identifies improvement areas and plans and implements systems to boost all site effectiveness
- Assist in the development of strategic plans and operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
