Job Description
- Undertake any minor M&E repair works as instructed for the office building or retail units.
- Assist in fire safety activities conducted in-house and response to minor issues.
- Practice proper Fire and Safety management for the building, and undertake all associated
duties and responsibilities pertaining to Operation Health & Safety - Assist, check and verify the service provider technicians to carry out their task as and when required.
- Assist Technical Supervisor to do stock checking pertaining to engineering material.
- Assist management to oversee contractors in M&E, building and landscape works as requested.
- Carry out and assume any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the Technical Department and/or Management.
Job Requirements
- Association or Degree qualified in mechanical & electrical.
- At least 2-3 years working experience in the relation field.
- Self-starter, reliable, honest and disciplined
- Good personality, a good team leader who able to lead with minimum supervision
- Can do attitude, high commitment toward work that assigned by supervisor
- Flexible with working hours, day off and public holidays
- Able to communication in Khmer and English, both speak and writing
