Job Description
- Daily work on paid-off calculation, NPL loan outstanding calculation and loan write-offs to ensure accuracy.
- daily extract banks transaction.
- Post monthly payments received from customers into the system.
- Perform month end bank reconciliations with the finance team related to customer repayment.
- Prepare and support documentation for insurance refunds to customers.
- Assist in filling loan documents in hard copy.
- Support internal teams and relevant departments as needed.
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, administration, or related filed.
- 1-2 years experience in a related position.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data calculations, proficient in Microsoft excel.
- Good communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to organized tasks effectively and well under pressure.
