Job Description
- Builds strong relationships with customer by researching and understanding customer needs
- Acts as a point of contact for assigned customers
- Identifies prospective customers, working with marking and head departments to set up new accounts in the defined territory
- Provides leads to parts & service sales manager and communicates regularly with sale forces to reach a common objective.
- Promotes and sells parts & service to the customer
- Influence and use appropriate marketing programs to meet customer needs
- Develops basic parts pricing, availability, and identifies parts value skills
- Keeps records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
- Carry out any other assignments and duties as assigned by manager or leader
- Follow all company policy (KNN)
Job Requirements
- College degree required
- Mechanical aptitude & familiarity of construction equipment industry
- Have experience at least 1 – 2 years in Sale
- Excellent communication and customer service skill
- General marketing and sale intelligence
- Can use computer (Excel, Power point, Word.)
- If have experience with mechanical better
- Friendship, Honest, commitment
- Good attitude
