Job Description
P&C Admin (15%)
- Prepare all P&C purchase requests and claim/reimbursement.
- Regularly update staff related reports such as staff turnover, staff information, outpatient.
- Maintain all P&C documents, contracts, letters and folders.
- Maintain staff personal files/record and ensure confidentiality.
- Responsible for an arrangement of new joiners and staff resignation process including staff exit interview, exit clearance, and resignation acceptance letter.
- Coordinate employee insurances (GPA, HNS, GTL, NSSF) to update new employee and resigned employee.
- Administer staff probation confirmation.
Labour Compliance and Staff Relations (15%) - Keep tracking on staff movement declaration in/out.
- Regular apply for expat quota, expat work permit, contract, visa, overtime approval, stop steward, and others.
- Regular update on all labour regulatory systems and maintain the full compliance.
- Responsible for labour inspections such as joint foreign workforce inspection.
- Report any unsolved issues/maters to Manager, People & Culture for further actions.
Recruitment (30%) - Support on recruitment activities.
- Facilitate on e-Recruitment Requisition Form for approvals.
- Arrange for job announcements through recruitment channels such as job sites.
- Coordinate with head-hunters and other referral sources for talent acquisition.
- Facilitate and arrange for interviewing schedule.
- Conduct reference checking and report to Manager, People & Culture for any concerns.
- Ensure all candidates complete the employment application form before interviewing.
- Collect and verify employment documents like education certificates, former employment letters, income proof and others.
- Regular prepare the recruitment reports.
- Perform other assigned tasks as and when required by the Manager.
Payroll Administration (25%) - Update the payroll system with employee changes (new hires, resignations, salary adjustments etc.).
- Process payroll/bank payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Maintain all payroll records and ensure compliance with the payroll guidelines and the payroll tax requirements.
- Prepare the payroll tax reports, and other staff related cost reports.
Training and Development (10%) - Conduct and arrange the staff induction program for new joiners.
- Coordinate and facilitate for all external training programs, if needs.
- Regular arrange staff insurance trainings/refreshments (Outpatient, GPA, HNS, GTL, NSSF) for existing staff if necessary.
Other Projects (5%) - Coordinate and support for any staff event arrangements.
- Other projects/tasks may be assigned to the Senior Executive, People & Culture from time to time depending on business requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and any Payroll software.
- Good communication in English and Khmer.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
