Job Description
Job summary: perform data governance and management through developing the procedure, standards, tools and methods to deliver the expected maturity of the data management as well as fully support the data science and engineer to deliver the benefits to the business.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement and enforce data governance framework (Data Quality, Metadata management, Reference and Master Data, Data Modelling and Design, Data Architecture, DWH, Data Integration and Interoperability, Data Security) by establishing policies and standards, procedure and processes, tools.
• Implement, manage, administer and monitor over data governance tools.
• Regularly monitoring and reporting on the defined data governance pillars’ execution and embedded in the business as usual with clear metrics.
• Provide and apply quality assurance best practices for data services across the organization.
• Develop and maintain analytical data marts to leverage data assets and support analytical data queries and reports.
• Support the implementation of data science projects covering data requirements, data pipelines, model deployment, operations accordance with best practices and responding to business requirements.
• Develop, maintain and support analytics dashboards & reports.
• Prepare development plans, and proposals and deliver the solutions on time and within budget scope.
• Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the data analytics teams providing guidance and support removing barriers as needed.
• Develop, implement and document systems, the internal methodology, processes and procedures, for software development adhering to ISO and standards.
• Ensure risk management is in place and implemented.

Job Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science/IT/Statistics/Economics or other related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in data engineering/ analytics with understanding of data models, structures, theories, principles, and practices, and proven experience of leading a team
• Good knowledge of ETL, database management and design, data warehouse/mart implementation, and business intelligence tools.
