Job Description

• General Responsibility
  • HR Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day HR Operations regarding the training & development and recruitment and not limited to the specific responsibilities below:

• Specific Responsibility
  • Assist HR Manager regarding the development of recruitment, training and onboarding procedures.
  • Oversee the on-boarding program and employee’s experiences programs to make sure all new recruited employees go through all the induction program.
  • Assist HRM regarding the local and international recruitment to make sure it is complied with recruitment procedure.
  • Assist HR Manager to develop the training matrix, performance review and execute the training program as plan to make sure the training benefit to both employee and school.
  • Reporting KPI per tasks assigned
  • Other tasks assigned by Superior

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Management or other equivalence.
• 2 years relevant experience and in education industry is a plus
• Interpersonal skill and ability to deal with diversity.
• Good in English and Khmer Communication (speaking and writing)
• Computer literate (Work & Excel) and other application is a plus
• Can do attitude
