JOB TITLE: RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

REPORTS TO: MANAGEMENT

LOCATION: KANDAL AND KAMPONG SPEU PROVINCE

SALARY RANGE: NEGOTIABLE

1. Lead and motivate a team of servers, barista, bartenders, and other food and beverage staff.

2. Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and a positive guest experience.

3. Develop and implement efficient service procedures to optimise workflow.

4. Schedule staff and manage labour costs.

5. Ensure adherence to all food safety and sanitation regulations.

6. Maintain inventory control of food and beverage supplies.

7. Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.

8. Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record keeping.

9. Assist in training new staff members.

10. Maintain a clean and organised dining area.

11 Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.

12. May participate in food and beverage service, such as taking orders or serving tables.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and

beverage industry (experience in a fine dining/high-volume environment a plus).

2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with staff and customers.

4. Proficiency in barista skills, including the ability to prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages with consistency and quality.

5. Proven ability to multitask and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

7. In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

8. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) preferred.

10. Must be of legal drinking age if applicable.

11. [Food Safety Certification] (e.g., ServSafe) a plus.
