Operations Specialist - Chinese Speaking Contract Job

Job Description

• Monitor daily operational data, including driver data, order data, user data, etc., promptly identify anomalies, and report them.
• Organize and update routine operational reports as required.
• Conduct market research, driver surveys, user surveys, etc., and compile research reports.
• Operate the operational backend, such as configuring and distributing coupons.
• Execute online and offline promotional activities, including copywriting, material preparation, and on-site coordination.
• Maintain daily communication with customer service, risk control, driver management, and vehicle management teams, and follow up on specific driver or passenger cases.
• Complete other operational support tasks assigned by leadership
