Farm Supervisor (ប្រធានក្រុមកសិដ្ឋានបន្លែ) Contract Job

Job Description

• Plan and prepare planting and harvesting schedules.
• Manage and oversee daily operations including watering, weeding, and inspecting.
• Identify sources of raw materials such as seeds, organic manure, agricultural tools, and equipment and proceed with purchasing.
• Develop productivity and improvement plans.
• Perform regular checks and tests on soil quality, water quality, organic manure quality, and other aspects for a healthy environment.
• Recruit and train farm staff.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy or related fields.
• 5-7 years of experience in Hydroponic Farm
• Good knowledge of growing vegetables, fruits, and pepper trees.
• Good in planning management from soiling to harvesting
• Good in preparing report
