Job Description

• Lead and manage daily operations of the automotive manufacturing plant.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage budgets, cost controls, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to optimize processes.
• Recruit, train, and develop plant staff; foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.
• Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing plant operations and achieving performance targets.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and manufacturing software.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with ICE vehicle assembly & electric vehicle (EV) production or advanced automotive technologies.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949, and other industry standards.
• Multilingual capabilities (especially if managing international teams or suppliers).
